Legal Protocols

01. Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.
2. Services
MosselAI provides digital architecture services, including but not limited to website development, funnel optimization, and AI system integration. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement for each project.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns the specific deliverables created for their project (e.g., the final website design, specific copy). MosselAI retains ownership of background technology, reusable code libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used to create the deliverables. MosselAI grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these background technologies for the operation of their specific project.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are defined in your specific Service Agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work. Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MosselAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
